2-Hole Cabochon Beads are part of a multi-hole CzechMates Bead System. Such beads as these feature a domed front surface and a flat back. Unlike traditional cabochons, these have two parallel holes spaced about 2 mm apart from each other running close to the flat bottom of the dome. They work nicely in multi-strand projects and bead weaving.
