Why are you closing?
I’m proud to have built a business known for quality products and outstanding customer service. Thanks for being part of the Bello Modo story. The truth is—with increasing prices and the realities of being a solo business owner, I can’t sustain managing a store with over 15,000 items any longer. It’s been a lot of fun and a lot of work too, and now it’s time to move on.

How long will the sale last? Are you close to running out of products?
The sale will last until most or all of the inventory is sold, which will probably take a while. We still have thousands and thousands of items in stock.
When can I expect my order to ship?
This will depend on how much of an order backlog I have and how many items you’ve ordered. If there are a large number of orders waiting to be filled, it might take 1-2 weeks. Remember: I’m just one person, so there’s a limited number that can be shipped in a single day.
What if I need my items sooner?
You can choose the Priority shipping option and I will place your order ahead of others that are waiting.
Are special orders still possible?
Yes, with some limitations. Only bulk special orders can be placed and the close out discount of 40% does not apply. Please reach out to me via email or text if you would like to place a bulk order for something that’s not currently in stock.
What if you don’t have an item? Will I be notified?
If an item is unavailable when I am pulling your order, in most cases I will issue a refund. This will help expedite everyone’s orders.

Why did shipping and handling go up in price?
The cost of postage went up recently and the shipping and handling fees were adjusted, allowing me to offer a 40% discount for an extended period of time.
